Successfully complete the game to unlock Master mode and the Toda Passion song in Duet mode.
Successfully complete the game to unlock the "Movie Viewer" option and a mini-game featuring Tachikoma.
Play through a level with only a handgun. At the end of the level you will be given the dual wieldable version of that handgun. You will be able to equip both of the handguns in one weapon slot.
Collect a weapon that is not in your inventory during the game, then have it equipped when completing the level. When the next level begins, it will be a part of your available inventory.
Successfully complete all Single Player mode levels with a character to unlock his or her custom weapon. After unlocking it, the weapon can be used by any character.
While playing through a level, look for a yellow/orange box-shaped robot carrying a red and white fan. If you kill him, you will be rewarded with a special Tachikoma part when you complete the level. If it was the correct robot, you will see a "Tachikoma Part Obtained" message appear once it has been killed.
Go to "Extras" and press R(3), L(3) to unlock all levels.
Immediately after "Go" is displayed at the start of a race, press Accelerate to get a fast start.
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding entry at the "Options" menu:
Look down with a male avatar, then shoot slime while you jump. It will shoot you up like a rocket.
Successfully complete the game with Allen. Load the cleared game file to be able to select any of the ten kingdoms at the Story mode selection screen.
Recruit Nemo in Kingdom Of Chaos mode to unlock the Nemo campaign.
Search the indicated area to find and unlock the corresponding hidden commander:

Successfully complete Level 3-2 with Slayer to unlock Anji Mito.
Successfully complete Level 3-1 with Chipp Zanuff to unlock Axel Low.
Successfully complete Level 2-1 with Millia Rage to unlock Baiken.
Successfully complete Level 2-1 with Ky Kiske to unlock Bridget.
At the title screen or main menu, press Left, Up, Square, Up, Right, Triangle to unlock Duke's classic costume. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.

Successfully complete the game, then load the cleared saved game file. Extra Gladiator skins will be available at the "Body Type" menu during character creation.
Successfully complete the game on the Normal difficulty to unlock the Hard difficulty.
Enter the unlockables screen in Gretzky Challenge mode and press Start. Then, enter one of the following codes to unlock the corresponding bonus:
Enter "SHOENLOC" as a code.
Enter "ALL ABOARD" as a code.
Enter "CAFFEINATED" as a code.
