At the world map, hold Select and press Up, Right, Down, Left. If you entered the code correctly, a small "Big Secret" location will appear. Go there, and select "Capture Invizimals". There are four special Invizimals that require special images to be attracted.
Win ten online fights in Infrastructure mode to unlock Boneshell.
Win ten online fights in Ad Hoc mode to unlock Moby.
Successfully complete the game to unlock an alternate title screen. Successfully complete the game with X to unlock Vile and the Megaman X anime movie. Successfully complete the game with Vile. Then, load the cleared saved game to have infinite energy for your weapons.
Get all upgrades for Megaman, except for the arm upgrade. Keep playing until you fight Vile the second time in Sigma Palace 3. Defeat him but make sure you do not have the arm upgrade. After defeating him, you will automatically get Zero's Buster from him.
Successfully complete all levels on the Archaeologist difficulty to unlock the Bottomless Pit Time Trial level.
Successfully complete all levels on the Adventurer difficulty to unlock the Harem Time Trial level.
Successfully complete all levels on the Grad Student difficulty to unlock the Treasure Room Time Trial level.
Successfully complete the indicated mission to unlock the corresponding armor:
