Leading video games developer and publisher NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc., announced today that TEKKEN 6 for the PSP is now available at retailers nationwide and through the PlayStation®Network. Featuring all the intensity of its console brethren, TEKKEN 6 offers an extensive single player experience, challenging gameplay modes and robust features to make it the perfect on-the-go companion.

Delivering the fiercest brawls ever on a handheld system, TEKKEN 6 allows players to test their portable might in a variety of game modes anywhere and at any time. Fight against a series of AI-controlled characters in Arcade mode or go through a sequence of battles to collect in-game money in Time Attack, Survival and Gold Rush modes. TEKKEN 6 also sees the return of many familiar faces and new characters to create the largest line-up in franchise history. In addition to containing all 18 battle stages found in the home console version, TEKKEN 6 for the PSP system will also support ad-hoc multiplayer battles across an additional four stages.
