Neon psp go background

This is theme is as simple as it only possible. Totally black image on background with a "PSP" writings on it. Icons are just contours. The only thing is that they are neon glowing ones. Sometimes you may think it's some kind of nightlife. One more thing to add - it uses only 46kb ob your memory stick :)
